Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 2026
Welcome to Ignition Casino. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "You") and the operators of the Ignition Casino platform ("We", "Us", "Our", "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, software, poker networks, and casino games (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account, depositing funds, or utilizing any of our Services. By registering an account, checking the "I Agree" box during sign-up, or continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the website and refrain from creating an account. Ignition Casino reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice, though significant changes will generally be communicated via email or an on-site notification.
1. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Requirements
Access to real-money gambling is strictly regulated. To legally use the Services provided by Ignition Casino, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Age Verification: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your specific state or jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher (e.g., 21 in many US states). Underage gambling is a criminal offense. We employ stringent Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols to verify age and identity. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed, and all funds, including deposits and winnings, will be forfeited.
- Geographical Restrictions: While we gladly accept players from the United States, certain state laws expressly prohibit online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of internet gambling within your specific jurisdiction before opening an account. We do not explicitly market to, nor do we intend to solicit players from jurisdictions where our Services are illegal. You agree that you are not physically located in a restricted territory when accessing our platform.
- Personal Capacity: You must be acting on your own behalf and in your personal capacity, not on behalf of another person, entity, or syndicate.
- Financial Capacity: You must be the rightful owner of all credit cards, bank accounts, and cryptocurrency wallets utilized to fund your account.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access real-money games and poker tournaments, you must successfully register an account. By doing so, you agree to the following conditions:
2.1 Single Account Policy
You are strictly permitted to open and operate only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, device, and shared computing environment. The creation of multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If we detect that you have created multiple accounts to bypass limits, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or engage in collusion, we reserve the right to immediately terminate all associated accounts, void all active bonuses, and confiscate all account balances.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information, including your true legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Using aliases, false addresses, or registering under another person's identity is a severe breach of this Agreement.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials (username, email, password, and Two-Factor Authentication codes). Ignition Casino will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any actions taken, wagers placed, or funds withdrawn using your credentials will be considered valid and authorized by you. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your devices or credentials.
3. Deposits, Cryptocurrencies, and Financial Obligations
To participate in real-money gaming, you must deposit funds into your account. We offer various deposit methods, with a strong emphasis on cryptocurrency for optimal speed and security.
3.1 Cryptocurrency Transactions
We highly recommend using supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Bitcoin Cash) for deposits and withdrawals. When depositing via crypto, you must ensure that you are sending the exact supported coin to the exact wallet address provided in the cashier. Sending unsupported tokens or sending crypto to the wrong network address will result in the permanent, irretrievable loss of your funds. We are not responsible for user error during blockchain transfers.
3.2 Fiat and Credit Card Deposits
If you choose to deposit via credit or debit card, the card must be registered in your legal name. We may require you to complete a Credit Card Verification Agreement form and submit copies of the card and government-issued ID before processing withdrawals. You agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or reversals of any kind against your deposits. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension, and we will pursue legal avenues to recover the funds, including reporting the debt to credit agencies.
3.3 Minimum/Maximum Limits
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which vary depending on the selected payment method and your VIP level within the Ignition Rewards program. These limits are clearly displayed within the cashier.
4. Withdrawals, KYC, and AML Compliance
We pride ourselves on providing the fastest payouts for US players, but this is subject to strict regulatory compliance.
4.1 Verification (KYC) Requirements
In accordance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we are required to verify the identity of our players. Before processing your first withdrawal, or upon triggering certain internal security thresholds, we will require you to submit KYC documentation. This typically includes:
- A clear, high-resolution copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver's License).
- A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 60 days) clearly showing your name and residential address.
- Front and back copies of any credit cards used to fund the account (with middle digits and CVV obscured for your security).
Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the delay or cancellation of your withdrawal and potential account suspension.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are subject to an internal review process, typically completed within 24 to 48 hours for cryptocurrency payouts. Fiat withdrawals (such as bank wires or checks) may take significantly longer (5-10 business days) and may incur processing fees. We reserve the right to pay out substantial wins in installments according to our maximum weekly withdrawal limits.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
Ignition Casino offers generous bonuses, including our $3,000 Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, and freeroll tickets. All promotional offers are subject to strict terms and conditions.
5.1 Rollover (Wagering) Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and associated deposits are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before any funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 25x rollover on a $100 deposit + $100 bonus means you must wager $5,000 before cashing out. Different games contribute differently to this requirement (e.g., Slots contribute 100%, while Blackjack may only contribute 10%). Check the specific bonus terms for the exact contribution chart.
5.2 Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play
We actively monitor gameplay for bonus abuse. Actions considered "irregular play" or "bonus abuse" include, but are not limited to:
- Placing zero-risk or incredibly low-risk bets (e.g., betting on both red and black in Roulette) solely to clear wagering requirements.
- Moving from a low-weighted game (like Blackjack) to a high-weighted game (like Slots) immediately after a large win solely to clear the rollover.
- Delaying game rounds (e.g., free spins or bonus features) until after the wagering requirement has been met or the bonus has been lost.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times.
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus, confiscate any associated winnings, and permanently ban the player from the platform.
6. Prohibited Activities, Collusion, and Fair Play
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and any activity that compromises the integrity of our poker network or casino games.
6.1 Poker Network Integrity
To maintain a fair environment, especially given our anonymous table structure, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Collusion: Two or more players working together to gain an unfair advantage over others at the same table (e.g., sharing hole card information, soft playing, or trapping).
- Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing chips to another player to transfer funds.
- Prohibited Software: The use of bots, Artificial Intelligence (AI) solvers, auto-folders, seating scripts, or third-party Heads-Up Displays (HUDs) that scrape data from the client to provide real-time strategic advice.
We employ advanced, proprietary fraud detection algorithms to monitor gameplay 24/7. Any player caught engaging in these activities will have their account immediately terminated, and their funds will be confiscated to compensate affected players.
6.2 General Prohibitions
You may not use the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering. You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or deploy malicious code (viruses, Trojans) against the Ignition Casino servers or website. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or latency issues to guarantee a win is considered theft.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design elements, graphics, logos, software, audio, video, and source code on the Ignition Casino platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its third-party licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not warrant that the website or software will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any disconnections, server crashes, lag, or technical glitches that may occur during gameplay. In the event of a system malfunction, all affected wagers and payouts are rendered void.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ignition Casino, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the platform.
9. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
If you have a dispute regarding a wager, payout, or software issue, you must first contact our Customer Support team within seven (7) days of the incident. We will review server logs and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue internally. The decision of our internal management team is final.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you agree that any legal claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. You explicitly waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed upon neutral jurisdiction, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support and requesting a withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance.
We reserve the absolute right to suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably suspect that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, failed a KYC check, or requested a chargeback. In the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining funds in your account, including active bonuses, will be forfeited.
11. Responsible Gaming
We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you feel that you are losing control of your gambling habits, we strongly encourage you to utilize our self-exclusion tools, which allow you to block your access to the platform for a specified period (e.g., 1 month, 6 months, or permanently). You can also set deposit limits via the cashier. For professional help, please contact organizations such as the National Council on Problem Gambling.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
